こだわりのネロリ
長崎の静かな丘に広がる農園で、大切に育てた橙の花。たった二週間しか咲かないその瞬間を逃さず、一輪ずつ手で丁寧に摘み取っています。私たちは栽培から蒸留までを自社で一貫して行い、咲きたての息づかいをそっと閉じ込めた精油を抽出しています。1kgの花からわずか1gしか採れない、特別なネロリ精油です。やわらかく、凛とした香りが、心に静かな余白を生み、深くやさしく満たしてくれます。古くから香水や美容に用いられ、美しさを支える香りとして愛されてきたネロリは、日本の穏やかな風土と繊細な手仕事の中で、さらに澄みわたり、やさしく寄り添う香りへと育まれています。
In the quiet hills of Nagasaki, we nurture our bitter orange trees with great care.When their blossoms bloom—just once a year, for a brief two weeks—we gently harvest each flower by hand.From cultivation to distillation, every step is carried out on our farm.This allows us to capture the breath of freshly bloomed flowers in our rare and precious neroli essential oil.Only 1 gram of oil can be extracted from 1 kilogram of flowers.Its soft, elegant scent gently soothes the heart, creating space for stillness and serenity.Long cherished in Europe for its beauty-enhancing and therapeutic properties, neroli has evolved here in Japan into a fragrance of greater clarity and subtlety—nurtured by our gentle climate and delicate craftsmanship.

長崎県の佐世保市や西海市にて、自然に寄り添いながら果樹園を営んでいます。私たちの身体に関わる植物の実りを見つめ直したとき、自然が本来持つ力を信じ、雑草を刈り、虫を取り除きながら、自分たちの手でできる限り丁寧に育てていくことを大切にするようになりました。そうして育てた果実や花々の香りを活かし、アロマオイルや化粧品の開発、ネロリの花摘み体験や蒸留体験といった新しい農業の形に取り組むとともに、耕作放棄地の再生にも力を注いでいます。
Nestled in the countryside of Sasebo and Saikai in Nagasaki,Yamabe Kajuen is a small orchard that embraces nature and harmony.In our pursuit of truly nourishing plants, we turned to the quiet strength of the natural world—clearing weeds, removing pests by hand, and caring deeply for each tree with our own hands.Inspired by the vibrant aromas of our fruits and blossoms,we develop essential oils and skincare products, and offer hands-on experiences such as neroli flower picking and distillation workshops.We are also committed to restoring abandoned farmland as part of a sustainable, new vision for agriculture.

こだわりの製法
一般的な柑橘のアロマオイルは果皮を搾る圧搾法で抽出されますが、私たちは、あえて手間と時間のかかる「水蒸気蒸留法」で抽出しています。ゆっくりと丁寧に蒸留することで、不純物の少ない、澄んだ香りのオイルが生まれます。素材を採れたての新鮮な状態でパートナー工場に運び、低温・真空状態でやさしく抽出。植物が本来持つ繊細な香りやエネルギーを、そのまま閉じ込めています。化学的な成分を加えることなく、動物実験を行わない姿勢を大切にしているパートナーと共に、持続可能なものづくりを進めています。
While citrus oils are typically extracted by pressing the peel,we deliberately choose the time-intensive method of steam distillation.This slow and gentle process allows us to create a pure oil, rich in delicate aroma and free from impurities.Harvested at peak freshness, the raw ingredients are brought to our trusted partner factory,where they are carefully distilled under low-temperature, vacuum conditions.We collaborate with partners who avoid animal testing and chemical additives,sharing a commitment to sustainable, ethical production that honors the vitality of the plants themselves.
